Providers in the SVI Provider Network commit to the Institute's published standards as a condition of listing: trained supervisors, neutral and factual visit reports, prompt report delivery, and written safety protocols. The Institute publishes the standards; the provider delivers the service, and visit reports and records come from the provider itself.
